How can I sign up for Internet Banking?
Simply contact us at Legence Bank. We will ask that you sign a form, which allows us to sign you up for service. Upon receipt of that form, we will be able to set you up to view your accounts online. We will give you the credentials needed for your initial login.
What do I do if I forget my username, password, or challenge question?
Simply contact us at Legence Bank. We will reset your credentials and assist you in gaining access to Internet Banking again. Only you know your password and challenge question and answer. We will provide you with temporary credentials so that when you are able to log in, you will be immediately prompted to change your password.
What are the requirements for my password?
Passwords are exactly 8 characters, and must include both letters and numbers.
How often will my password change?
You will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.
Should I "enroll" my computer?
After answering your challenge question, you will be prompted to choose whether or not to enroll your computer. This is an added level of security. Choosing to enroll will recognize that your login credentials and challenge question match the computer you are using to access Internet Banking. We recommend that you only enroll private computers, such as your home computer, or possibly your work computer if it is not shared. We recommend that you choose to not enroll your computer if you are accessing your Internet Banking from a friend's computer, at the library, or on vacation, etc.
I am not able to view all of my accounts. What do I need to do?
Simply contact Legence Bank. It may be a simple change of settings that will allow you to view additional accounts online.
I attempted to do a transfer and it didn't work. What happened?
The ability to transfer online is set by Legence Bank. We ask that you fill out and sign a transfer form. At that point we will set those capabilities. Second, transfers are set with limits that you choose. This is to protect you so that daily limits are never exceeded. Attempting to exceed the limits that you have set will cause the system to error.
I have enrolled my computer but it still asks me the challenge question. What do I need to do?
Simply contact Legence Bank's eBranch and we will assist you in resolving this issue.
I still get a paper statement, but would like to receive it online now. What do I need to do?
Simply contact Legence Bank and we will get that changed for you.
My e-mail address changed. What do I need to do?
Go to the User Options tab once logged in. There is an option called "E-mail Address".
I would like to change my username to something other than what I was given. What should I do?
Go to the User Options tab once logged in. There is an option called "Change Username". You can set your alternate user ID to be 6-20 characters with no other special criteria. You will then use that user ID to log in from that point on. Please note that user IDs do not expire and cannot be changed a second time.
